OMG! Lately I have been trying to go the low carb way along with my vegan diet. I found Teriyaki to be low in carbs. Cube tofu, marinate in Teriyaki, put on skewers and grill to perfection in grilling baskets! So delish! High in protein and very low in carbs. Have with a side of the cauliflower “rice” to keep with the low carb theme!
